| Q. | How can I receive my username and password for the eBook? | |
| Ans. | When you upgrade from a free member to a Charter or Regular Member, log into your Member Profile from the Edit Profile tab. In the member area you will see both the username and password for the eBook. It will be added to your profile within 48 hours of verified purchase.
If you have purchased the eBook alone without a membership upgrade, you can also enter the free member profile and both username and password will be updated within 48 hours of verified purchase. | |
| | | Q. | How do I receive my free products? | |
| Ans. | When you sign up as a free member only certain products are available for you to download. Those are available by clicking of the Product Directory and clicking on the link or the image there. It will begin the download automatically. As a Charter or Regular Member you can also download the products available to you in the same manner. | |
